# Global Spinner

### Configuring the Global Spinner

Find Global Spinner in the menu which will allow you to customise the global spinner, determine who is eligible for it & the frequency.

### Setting Odds & Customisation

The Wheel tab will allow you to choose the winning segments, in the example below the probability of winning is 4 in 10.

### Setting up the Rewards

The Rewards are setup as Coupons, this is a simple easy way for customers to use them on their next order. The Coupons are tied to their account and can only be used once.

You can setup multiple coupons and add weights to determine the probability of them

In the example below we have 1 coupon you can leave the weight as 1. If you were to have multiple different coupons however the more valueable coupons could have a lower weight than the other ones.

### Weighted Rewards

In the example below, a 5% Cashback Reward has been added, the weight is increased to 3 compared to 1 therefore this coupon has a higher chance of being won.
