Using Instant Payouts

Once you have the Payouts plugin installed on your website it will seamlessly integrate with the instant plugin you already have installed.

When someone wins an instant prize, it will automatically be moved to the Payout portal even if it has no cash value.

You will see when the Payout plugin is installed under where you set your Instant prize names, there will be a new field called Payout Amount

If you do not see Payout Amount then please let us know

In the example below we can see if someone wins the Nintendo Switch, the Payout alternative would be 300. Since the Payout value is slightly higher than the retail value, winners will be more inclined to choose the Payout option which will be applied as Site Credit

This will save you time sending cash alternatives manually or dispatching physical prizes. The whole point of Payouts is to save you admin time.

ℹ️ Payouts can be customised to integrate with any third party payment gateways that also offer automatic bank transfers if this is an option you are considering.

Default Payout System

Below you will see how the Payout system looks like for the winner. In their My Account section under My Payouts they’ll have a list of all their wins. In the below example when they click “Claim Nintendo Switch” they are offered two options that we discussed earlier.

Choosing th exchange will reward to site credit as we previously discussed but clicking Claim Prize will open a form that they can submit to send to you.

Physical Prize Request

This form will be pre-filled if they have previously requested a Physical prize so they do not have to keep typing their information in. Once they submit to form it will send an email to your Instant prize email, this is the email you already get Instant win notifications to.

If they close the tab for whatever reason, they can always fill in the form later, see screenshot below of the Submit Claim button when they have clicked Manual Prize but not yet submitted the information above.

Here is a example of the email you will get, the Claim ID is a unique identifier which you can paste into the Instant Prize History search bar to pull up their Order details and other information.

Thats it for Payouts, its a straight forward process that leads the winner through a structured system with the intention of reducing your admin and encouraging them to convert their winnings into site credit to spend on your website!
